With the big winds of the last couple of days gone and the wind still west-offshore at Felixstowe a load of us head for Levington.Mag and I arrive first for breakfast and get a good parking spot and are greeted with sunshine and a good breeze gusting to 20kts :) I decided to take a chance with the 7m on the Falcon 90 but after one run across the wind died and uphauling the small board is a nightmare !!! So return to the shore and rig 8.5 although I should have rigged 9.4 and took the longboard for a cruise:) First off I went to the docks and back ,then a beat to Pin Mill but the wind was very up and down even for the river :( and I was getting very cold in my shortie(it's days are numbered now) Then back for dinner in the van with Mag who had been on a great walk around the bay and then discuss the finer points of speedsailing with Mark S,Steve,Darren,Roger and Paul V :) so abit of a crap sail even if the veiws are great but good to see so many mates !!!!
